Weight loss

Well, I weighed in today and lost another pound! 207 now! I know that seems like a big number to some of you, and it does to me too still, but starting at 260 I could not be any happier with that money. I had tried SO many different things to help with my weight loss but I was in a stand still until a couple months ago. I started switching things up and made things work with my body. I started lifting 4 times a week and added in 2 sessions of high intensity cardio with 1 rest day. The results are amazing. Last month I lost 9 inches alone and my body fat weight is what is changing. My muscle mass has stayed the same so I am healthfully losing fat weight and not muscle weight, which is super important. So beyond my new found love for lifting, I have been changing my meal plan. I eat clean (no processed foods) and have 6 mini meals a day. This has changed my metabolism from a sluggish non-existing hateful burning no calories one, to a FUEL MACHINE! I eat every 2.5 hours and never feel hungry.   1. Jamie, I am going to follow along on your blog. I don't know when you lost those last 20lbs. Last time I saw your weight loss it was somewhere around 30 and suddenly you are over 50! That's amazing. You are doing fantastic. Also, we seriously have to find a time to meet!
