Sleep walking

So last night I found myself sleep walking...............CRAZY. I think it has only happened maybe 3 times, but pretty scary still. I went upstairs to go to bed, and then woke up downstairs in the spare bedroom.....My husband said I sat up and started to take the sheets off the bed......came down the stairs to the main level and stood by a window.............then went downstairs to go to sleep...............OMG!!!! I cant believe it and am just glad I was able to walk down the stairs and not fall! Has this happened to you?
